I have over twenty-five years of experience empowering healthcare organizations and providers by successfully executing on their Network Management deliverables. I enjoy aiding healthcare organizations in achieving their business objectives through strategic planning and tactical execution.

I have strategically targeted employment with industry-leading organizations which provided me with the experience and training necessary to enhance my career. My employment history has enabled me to build on my knowledge base and expertise and has equipped me well for the services I now provide.

I have been previously employed by several Fortune 500 Managed Care Organizations such as Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, CIGNA and Amerigroup, among others. While working for these organizations, I successfully negotiated their network participation agreements, resulting in considerable increases in both revenue and market share for each employer.

I have managed strategic negotiations for Managed Care Organizations with practitioners of all specialty types, large medical groups as well as Ancillary, Acute and Behavioral health facilities for both commercial and government-sector products. I have also worked on the provider side, managing Risk-based agreements with UnitedHealthcare and Humana for a large IPA.
What I truly enjoy doing, and others have stated I do best, is helping organizations develop and improve their business opportunities. I’m skilled in maximizing their profitability, while displaying honesty, integrity, and superb customer service.
